Metropolitan Properties was retained by Pacific Shoe Company, a high-end Menswear brand, to secure a flagship store for their marquee brand, Mezlan. Metropolitan sourced, negotiated and delivered it’s upcoming New York City Flagship debuting at 520 Madison Avenue, ideally complementing other Men’s Luxury cotenants including Thomas Pink, Eradi Pisano, Hartmann, Art of Shaving, and Reiss London, as well as other well-known luxury brands, Alfred Dunhill, Peter Millar, Porsche Design, IWC, Rolex, and Davidoff of Geneva.
Metropolitan Properties was retained by Lindt & Sprungli to secure various mall and urban retail locations in the Northeastern corridor. We identified, negotiated and delivered locations in among the top-performing mall locations in the US, including Roosevelt Field, Jersey Gardens, Bridgewater Mall, and the most highly sought-after Outlet Mall in the US: Woodbury Commons. Most notably, the store at Woodbury was identified, negotiated, and delivered in under two months, giving Lindt the opportunity to open in time to capture Holiday Season traffic and achieve double the sales projected for the store.
